Managed hosting from the team that built your site

We pick the infrastructure to fit the build and monitor it around the clock, so hosting stays off your list of things to worry about.

One team answers for it

We chose the infrastructure, so we watch it day to day. When something is off, we’re the ones who notice and the ones who fix it.

You never have to work out whether a problem belongs to the host, the developer or a plugin vendor, because it all comes to us.

The intake reader pulls the parties and key dates out of a client’s own words and stages the matter. Ellery & Stroud is a company we invented, so we could build its website and back office in full.

What we manage

Whatever platform the site runs on, these four are ours to look after.

  • Speed

Server configuration and caching, with a CDN such as Cloudflare where it helps, so pages load quickly on the phones your customers use.

  • Monitoring

Automated checks watch availability and errors around the clock, so we usually hear about a problem before you do.

  • Backups

Stored apart from the site and restore-tested on a schedule, so we know they come back when they’re needed.

  • Domains and certificates

Domain renewals, SSL certificates and the DNS records behind them are tracked, so a lapse doesn’t take the site down.

The build picks the infrastructure

We don’t resell any one host. A WordPress site belongs on hosting tuned for WordPress, a Webflow site lives where Webflow runs it, and a custom application like a customer portal belongs on a cloud platform such as AWS or Google Cloud, with room to grow.

Questions

Who owns the hosting account?

You do. Domains stay in your name, and hosting is arranged so it can be handed over. That is the ownership and care commitment, in writing.

Can you move an existing site to your hosting?

Yes. Migrations are planned in advance and switched over in a low-traffic window. If you are moving off Wix or Squarespace, leave your builder covers how that works.

Do you guarantee uptime?

Uptime isn’t something anyone can promise as a number. We commit to monitored infrastructure and a prompt message when something fails, and we treat downtime as our problem to fix.

We also deploy into infrastructure your company already runs

If you have an IT department or a cloud account, we set it up properly and manage the site from there.
