You’re probably paying for the same thing twice

Software subscriptions arrive one decision at a time and rarely leave on their own. We put everything you pay for on one page and tell you what we’d keep and what we’d cancel.

Nobody owns the stack, so it grows

A typical stack holds a scheduling tool from 2021, a CRM someone half set up, several tools that all send email and a line item nobody can explain. Each purchase made sense on the day it was made.

The review maps what each tool does for your week, so overlaps and unused seats show up before the renewals do.

What we look at

  • The full inventory

Every subscription and contract, including the one on a personal card someone forgot about, with who uses it and when it renews.

  • Overlap and unused seats

Tools doing the same job and seats for people who left, which is where most of the recoverable spend sits.

  • Renewal terms

Which contracts are about to auto-renew and what the alternatives cost, so you go into each renewal holding a comparison.

  • The verdict list

Every line marked keep, fix or cancel, with a reason and an order, and every cancellation sequenced behind its export so nothing your team relies on breaks.

Questions

Two rotary phones, blank paper and old calculators on a desk

How disruptive is the review?

Not very. We need invoices and account access, plus short conversations with whoever pays the bills and the people who use the main tools.

Where do we start?

With the card statement your subscriptions are billed to. It is usually the fastest way to see everything in one place.

Can you run the switches too?

Yes. Migrations and integrations are build work we do every week. The review also stands on its own, and plenty of clients work through the list themselves.

We don’t resell software or take commissions, so the recommendation follows your costs

If the best tool is the one you already own, that’s the verdict.
