Custom software shaped to how your business runs

We build the CRM, internal tool, integration or automation that off-the-shelf software leaves out. Each one fits how your team works and connects to the tools you run, like QuickBooks and Stripe.

We map the work before we build

Most software asks the business to adapt to it. The team learns the workarounds, and the monthly report depends on the one person who knows how to make it come out right.

We follow how the work moves, from the first phone call to the final invoice, and build to match. Often that means less software than you would expect, like bookings and payments that reach the books without retyping.

Camber & Crown Construction

Foremen’s texts file into each job’s daily log, which later backs the monthly pay app and its lien waiver check. Camber & Crown is a company we invented, so we could build its website and back office in full.

When to build and when to buy

Custom pays off when

  • Your process sets you apart and standard tools keep fighting it
  • Your team repeats the same routine by hand every day
  • A spreadsheet has become the system the business runs on

A product is the better buy when

  • A standard product covers the need with less effort
  • The task comes up a few times a year
  • The workflow is still changing month to month

Questions

Do we have to replace the software we use today?

Usually not. Most of our projects connect and extend the tools already in place. When a system can’t keep up, the written scope says so and lays out how to move off it in stages.

Who owns the software?

You do. At handover the code and every account are in your name, and most clients keep us on a care plan for hosting and changes.

How is a project priced?

Pricing follows scope. After a phone call about how the work moves today, we send a written scope and price for the first version before any work starts, then a written update every week of the build.
