Your documents, finally answerable

We make years of manuals and past proposals answerable. Ask in a sentence, and the answer comes back with its source attached.

The answer is already on file

Any business a few years old is sitting on answers. The warranty terms are in a 2021 contract, and the install procedure was written up once, carefully, and never found again.

So people re-ask questions that were settled years ago and rebuild documents that already exist.

Ternbrook Financial Group

Clients upload documents through one secure link and get back a short note naming what’s missing. Ternbrook is a company we invented, so we could build its website and back office in full.

What people ask it

  • Operations

What’s our procedure when a customer cancels mid-job? The answer arrives in seconds, quoting the SOP it came from.

  • Policy

What does the handbook say about half-day PTO? Staff get the written answer instead of the hallway version.

  • Sales history

What did we propose for projects like this one, and what scope language did we use? Each answer cites the proposals themselves.

  • Onboarding

New hires get consistent answers with sources, without pulling a senior person away for every question.

Questions

An advisor and a client going through a tax return at a table

Our files are a mess. Does that matter?

Less than you would think, since the indexing does the organizing. What matters more is two documents that disagree, and we flag those during setup so you can pick the right one.

Who can see what?

Access follows rules you set. The handbook can be open to everyone while contracts stay with managers. Permissions are part of the build from the start.

Does our content train someone else’s model?

We configure these systems so it doesn’t, and before anything is indexed we show you in writing where your content is stored and under what terms.

It reads only the documents you chose, cites its source, and says so when the answer is not there
