Five engagements and what changed for each business
Client work since 2016, each engagement told from the situation to the outcome. Client names are held in confidence, and every figure comes from the engagement it describes.

A full week of bill review, now under 15 minutes

Under 15 min
Monthly bill review, down from a full work week of manual effort
A national telecom expense management and consulting firm that helps businesses cut and control complex wireless and telecom spend across hundreds or thousands of lines and devices.
They came to us with no website and no online presence. Every month their team reviewed thousands of pages of wireless and telecom bills by hand.
We built the full set of tools their operation now runs on.
- A public website that puts them in front of new customers
- An administrative portal for their team
- An automated tool that runs their monthly bill reviews
One more thing we built
- A customer portal for their clients
Monthly bill review dropped from a full work week of manual effort to under 15 minutes. Their new online presence reached customers who could not find them before, and customer satisfaction climbed. The team got back the hours it used to spend buried in paper.
From no infrastructure to a national platform for shared work

A national contractor association connecting independent contractors across the United States.
A strong national network with no website, member portal, or digital platform. When a contractor landed a project outside their service area, they relied on personal relationships, phone calls, and email, with no structured way to find members, share work, or handle payment.
FrameMatic built the entire digital presence from the ground up: a public website and a private member portal in one system.
- A public website explaining the association, its purpose, membership benefits, and how to participate
- A private member portal where contractors nationwide connect and exchange work
- Company profiles with listed services and coverage areas, searchable across markets
Three more things we built
- Job exchange where members post work they cannot complete and accept work from others
- Project management with shared documents, status tracking, and direct communication
- Payments sent and received between contractors inside the portal
Contractors turn down fewer opportunities, because work outside their area can go to trusted members in other markets. A contractor can post a project, find a member, manage the job and handle payment without leaving the portal. The association now has a national platform that keeps more work inside the network and a professional presence to recruit, onboard and grow.
Scattered fleet operations brought into one live portal

~20 hrs/month
Recurring administrative work reduced
A private transportation company running vehicles, drivers, and mobile devices across multiple locations.
Operational data lived across spreadsheets, email threads, and vendor portals, so managers had limited visibility into which devices, services, and expenses belonged to each location or vehicle. Changes were hard to track, reporting took too long, and problems often surfaced after a bill or operational issue had already escalated.
We built a centralized operations and reporting portal that pulls accounts, locations, equipment, and activity into one system.
- Searchable company and location directory
- Equipment and device records with document and billing history
- Status tracking and management dashboards
Three more things we built
- Automated alerts for missing or unusual information
- Exportable reports for leadership
- Role-based access
Managers now find what they need without asking multiple employees or digging through old email, and recurring reporting runs faster. Leadership gets a reliable foundation for adding locations, vehicles, and users as the fleet grows. The portal reduced recurring administrative work by about 20 hours a month.

From social media alone to a complete digital foundation

An independent restaurant with a strong local following and an established social media presence.
Social media carried the entire digital presence. Customers could see food and promotions, but there was no website and no reliable way to know which customers returned, how often, or what brought them back.
FrameMatic built the restaurant’s first website and stood up the customer-tracking systems behind it, matched to their goals, budget, and daily operations.
- The restaurant’s first website: menu, hours, location, restaurant info, promotions, events, contact, and links to ordering and reservations
- Evaluated customer-tracking platforms against their goals, budget, and operations
- Compared features and costs, then worked directly with existing vendors instead of building an expensive custom system
Two more things we built
- Configured the systems and connected the tools to the customer experience
- Trained the team to run everything day to day
Customers now have one place for an accurate menu, hours and location, and the restaurant can see who returns, how often and which promotions bring them back. It now runs loyalty programs, email and text marketing, online ordering and reservations, and keeps a customer database, with vendor selection and setup handled for it.
A credible website and one system for sales, vendors, and rebates

A national communications and technology services company that resells products and services across multiple vendors.
A dated website understated the range and quality of their services, leaving prospects unsure what the company offered or why to engage. Internally, sales and payment data lived across spreadsheets, emails, and separate vendor systems, so leadership had no clear view of what was sold or what vendors owed.
We rebuilt the public website and built an internal platform that centralizes customer, vendor, and financial information in one structured system.
- Redesigned website that makes services, vendors, industries served, and problems solved clear, with a direct path to contact
- Records every customer sale and the products or services sold on each transaction
- Connects each sale to the right vendor and stores the related invoices
Three more things we built
- Calculates projected rebates and commissions and tracks expected payment dates
- Records payments received and flags outstanding or delayed vendor payments
- Dashboards and reports for revenue and payments by customer and by vendor
Sales, invoices, vendors and expected payments now live in one place, so the team can see what was sold, which vendors owe money and where payments are missing or delayed, with a clear history for each customer and vendor. Manual tracking is down, and the website now represents the services accurately and gives prospects a clear way to get in touch.
