Does this always end in a build?

No. The deliverable is the plan itself, and plenty of plans end with keeping what you have or buying a tool.

How long does an engagement run?

Most reviews take weeks rather than months. We scope each one to the decision you need to make, so a vendor review for a ten-person shop looks very different from a roadmap for a four-location group.

What do you need from us?

Access to the accounts and invoices in question, plus an hour or two with the people who work in the systems every day. What they complain about tells us where to look first.
