There are two models. Both are priced and explained in writing, and you see what each one means for your business before you choose.

Managed care
We run it, with a plan sized to what your site or system needs.

- A plan sized to your build, since a company site and a customer portal need different care.
- A monthly figure agreed in advance, which changes when the scope does.
Own it outright
Everything is handed over at launch, for a premium on the build that covers the handoff work.
- The code and every account and credential, transferred to you.
- Documentation written so your next developer isn’t starting from zero.
- A walkthrough call so your team knows where everything lives.
- No ongoing relationship required.
What stays portable under both models
The site or system can leave with you at any point, whichever model you choose.
Your domain stays yours
It’s registered in your name from the start, never in ours.
Your content and design go with you
Everything made for the project belongs to you, from the copy and photos to the design files.
Your data exports cleanly
Customer records, orders, form submissions and donor histories leave in a format you can use.
The handoff is complete
If you move on, we transfer the accounts and documentation and answer the next team’s questions.
You can move between the two models as your business changes
On a care plan, everything above stays portable the whole time. Owning outright doesn’t close the door either, and plenty of owners come back for the next project or move to a care plan later. Ask which model your build points to.
