The checkup for everything you hope keeps working

We check your hosting, domains, email, backups and access, plus the dependencies nobody wrote down, and write up what we find so anyone on your team can follow it.

We find weak spots early

Reviews often turn up a domain registered to an ex-employee’s email or a backup nobody has ever restored.

A review finds these on a calm day. We inventory what your business runs on, test the assumptions that matter and write up what’s fragile.

What we check

  • Ownership and access

Who owns the domain, the hosting, the email and the key accounts, and what happens if any one person leaves. It’s the most common finding and the cheapest to fix.

  • Backups that restore

What the backups cover and whether they come back, including whether anyone has ever run a restore.

  • Security posture

Who can log in to what, where the passwords live, what has two-factor and what’s exposed to the internet that shouldn’t be.

  • Single points of failure

The one server, integration, person or vendor that too much depends on, mapped so the next change does not snap a thread nobody could see.

Questions

Is this a security audit?

It’s broader and more practical. Formal compliance audits exist for regulated needs, and we’ll tell you if you need one. This review covers the operational layer where businesses get hurt.

Will you report problems in the current setup?

Yes, in findings you could hand to whoever built it without burning the relationship. The goal is a setup that works.

Can you do the fixes?

Yes, and most fix lists move fast. Every finding also names the fix clearly enough that any competent provider can do it.

The deliverable is a short report with a fix list ordered by what would hurt most

Most items are quick, like an ownership transfer or a test restore.
