The truck is on time and the paperwork is late

Carriers and brokers lose the week to rekeyed loads and chased documents. We build the connections and customer-facing systems that close the gap between the freight and the file.

What we build for carriers and brokers

  • Quotes at freight speed

A shipper sends the same lane to several carriers and books the first workable answer. A quote request with lane, equipment, weight and dates reaches whoever prices it, with your recent history on that lane.

  • A status page that ends the check calls

A shipment portal fed by the TMS and telematics shows shippers the current position and appointment times, then the POD after delivery.

  • Paperwork that keeps pace with the truck

A driver upload flow files rate confirmations, BOLs, lumper receipts and PODs against the load number, so invoicing starts the day the load delivers.

  • Detention you can prove

Geofenced arrival and departure times attach to the load automatically, so the accessorial invoice is a print job.

Ironlake Cartage

Dock times come from the geofence, so the invoice packet goes out with the signed POD and any detention already documented. Ironlake is a company we invented, so we could build its website and back office in full.

How the systems connect

A load should be entered once and referenced everywhere, from the quote to the invoice.

  • Booked once, in the TMS

Quote and booking flows create the load in your TMS, and everything after references it.

  • Telematics on the load

Samsara, Motive or Geotab feed arrival and departure times to the load and the customer portal.

  • Delivered means invoiced

Delivered loads flow to QuickBooks or your factoring workflow with the documents attached.

Where AI helps with the paperwork

  • Documents that read themselves

AI pulls reference numbers and accessorials from rate cons and lumper receipts into a draft entry your team checks before it posts. In the Ironlake build, a ready-to-send invoice waits the next morning.

  • The load story on demand

When a claim or a detention dispute lands, AI assembles the load’s event trail into a summary in minutes, so the person handling it starts at the decision.

Recurring administrative work, down about 20 hours a month

For a private transportation company, we built a live operations portal that brings locations, equipment and activity across the fleet into one system, with alerts and reports leadership can export. Read the case study
